If you are participating in the clinical trial and need assistance with the Laura app or your wearable EEG device, we offer two support options:

1. Contact Dux Healthcare Support (Technical Support)

You can submit a support request through the Laura app. This connects you anonymously to the Dux Healthcare technical support team for help with technical issues related to the app or device functionality.

⚠️ If you are unable to access the app, please contact your study site coordinator directly for assistance.To protect your confidentiality, please do not send emails directly to Dux Healthcare.

2. Contact Your Study Site Coordinator

For study-related questions, device assistance, or to report adverse events, please contact your study site coordinator.
You received the site coordinator's contact information during your enrollment process.
If you cannot locate it, please refer to the documentation provided at your study site.

Important Notes:

   - The Laura app is available only to authorized study participants.
    - Please do not share your Participant ID, device, or login credentials with others.
    - All support communications are conducted in compliance with the approved clinical trial protocol, Israeli privacy laws,     and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
